This summer has been FULL — in the best kind of way.

Hey Lovely ,

This summer has been FULL — in the best kind of way.
We had three different waves of family roll through our home this summer — each one bringing their own kind of energy, inside jokes, and stories from the past. It’s been a sweet whirlwind of sightseeing like tourists in our own town, getting outside for beautiful hikes, staying up way too late for game nights, and sharing those long, lingering conversations that only seem to happen when you’re truly catching up with people who know your heart.

We’ve cooked, eaten, and snacked like champions (seriously… so much good food), and I’m still smiling at the new memories we’ve made. From spontaneous detours to belly laughs around the kitchen table, it’s been one of those seasons where your soul just feels full.

And while I haven’t been in full-on art mode every single day, I’ve still felt my creativity humming beneath the surface — just showing up in quieter, softer ways. I’ve been soaking it all in: the colors of the sky on our hikes, the textures of old board games, the overlapping voices of family all talking at once.

It’s reminded me that creativity isn’t always loud or productive — sometimes it’s gentle and slow. Sometimes it’s found in being present, in letting your mind wander while the world swirls around you. And honestly? That kind of inspiration can be just as powerful.

So now I’d LOVE to hear from you.

  • What’s your summer looked like so far?

  • Have you been traveling?

  • Staying close to home?

  • Reading a book that totally pulled you in?

  • Trying a new recipe, a new place to eat, or maybe just enjoying the quiet?

  • Perhaps Gardening? (We tried our hand at gardening this year. Let's just say there's a serious learning curve when it comes to gardening in the PNW and California... hahaha)

Big or small, it all counts. I’d love to hear what’s filling your cup these days. 🧡 Let's chat in the comments below — your stories truly brighten my day.

And because I believe in sneaking in calm, cozy creative moments whenever we can...
I made you a little something: a sweet coloring page to print, play with, and just be with.
A simple way to relax, refocus, and enjoy the slower rhythm of summer.

Exploring the PNW and finding so much beauty along the way.

Can you tell Sydney and I were soaking up the Fourth of July vibes? (It’s her birthday, after all!)
Let’s just say… there were fireworks for days. And if I’m being honest? I’m kind of counting down to the calm after the chaos — the smoke and booms around here reach next-level madness every year!

Our mini vacation in early June for a wedding and family reunion... We always have the best time together!
